Welcome to getsmartfit.online, operated by GetSmartFit. These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for browsing the site and buying our home fitness equipment. Using the site or placing an order means you accept them.
Who can buy
To order from us you must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a contract. Orders are accepted for delivery within the contiguous United States only.
Product information
We describe each product as carefully as we can, including what comes in the box. Colors can look different on different screens, and suppliers occasionally change packaging or minor components. If we discover a mistake in a listing or a price, we may correct it and cancel affected orders, refunding any payment in full.
Placing an order
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We confirm receipt by email, but a sale is only complete once the item is dispatched. We may decline or limit an order, for example when stock runs out or a payment looks suspicious. If that happens after you have paid, you receive a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and any shipping charge appear at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order, and you confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method you provide.
Safe use of equipment
Home fitness equipment must be assembled and used according to its instructions and weight limits. Talk to a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, and do not use vibration equipment if you are pregnant or have an implanted medical device unless your doctor approves it. Keep equipment away from children and pets, and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You accept responsibility for using the products safely.
Warranty
Every product we sell carries a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use, as explained in our Refund & Returns Policy. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, commercial use, or damage from ignoring the instructions.
