GetSmartFit runs the online store at getsmartfit.online, where we sell home fitness equipment such as portable home gyms, vibration plates and mobility trainers. This page describes the personal information we handle when you visit or shop with us, why we handle it, and what control you have over it.
What we gather
When you create an account, check out, subscribe to emails or send us a message, you give us details such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses, along with what you ordered. Card details are typed into a secure checkout field operated by our payment processor; they go straight to that processor and are never kept on our servers. As you browse, our site and its tools also record technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, referring pages, and which pages you open.
Why we use it
We rely on this information to confirm, pack and deliver orders, answer support requests, handle returns and warranty claims, detect fraudulent purchases, keep our financial records, and meet legal duties. If you tick the newsletter box, we also send setup tips and product news. Each marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and opting out does not affect order emails.
Who receives it
